Information we may collect

When the service opens, information may include contact details, mariner reference information, credential records, application documents, service selections, case communications, and payment-status information. Payment-card details would be handled by the payment processor, not stored directly by MMC Credential Concierge.

How information may be used

Information may be used to establish and manage a credential-support case, prepare requested documents, communicate about status and outstanding items, coordinate an authorized submission, provide support, maintain records, and meet legal or security obligations.

Document protection

Credential and identity documents require careful handling. The planned customer workspace uses authenticated access and private document storage. Public website pages will not expose customer documents.

Sharing

Information would be shared only as needed to provide the requested service, as authorized by the mariner, or as required by law. MMC Credential Concierge does not plan to sell personal information.

Retention and choices

Retention periods and customer request procedures will be defined before launch. Final policy language will explain how to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

MMC Credential Concierge is an independent credential-support service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Coast Guard or National Maritime Center.
