Nature of the service
MMC Credential Concierge provides administrative and document-preparation support for merchant mariner credential transactions. It is not a law firm, training provider, medical provider, government agency, or credential-issuing authority.
Scope confirmation
Each paid service is subject to scope confirmation. A standard-scope service covers the transaction described at acceptance. Additional endorsements, unusual circumstances, missing evidence, reconsideration, appeal, or other expanded work may require a separate agreement and price.
Mariner responsibility
The mariner remains responsible for supplying accurate and complete information, reviewing documents before authorization, meeting eligibility standards, completing required training or examinations, and responding to government requests.
No approval guarantee
Only the U.S. Coast Guard and National Maritime Center determine eligibility, issuance, limitations, and processing. MMC Credential Concierge cannot guarantee approval, issuance, a particular endorsement, or a processing date.
Fees and third-party costs
Government/NMC fees, training, examinations, medical costs, drug testing, travel, postage, and other third-party expenses are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
Founding 100 offer
The promotional $99 Founding 100 Mariner Package is limited to the first 100 accepted and paid unique mariners. It includes one year of membership and one eligible standard-scope credential service: an original, renewal, or one endorsement transaction. It does not automatically renew unless separately authorized.
Independent service
MMC Credential Concierge is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Coast Guard or National Maritime Center.
